The objective of this open call for innovation is to identify and implement sustainable solutions that respond to two priority challenges defined by Textile Sourcing Company S.A.C. BIC. These solutions seek to enhance production processes, promoting the rapid implementation of disruptive solutions and contributing to a more efficient and clean operation. The initiative is part of the project developed by TSC in collaboration with Estudio Pacífico, and was awarded by the contest “Open Innovation – Climate Change”, achieving the support and co-financing of the Ministry of Production, through the National Program for Technological Development and Innovation – ProInnóvate.
Challenge 1: How can we build a digital ecosystem that seamlessly integrates and synchronizes pre-production and production processes—enabling predictive traceability, smart planning, and operational optimization—to reduce environmental impact, optimize resource use, and improve delivery times?

Challenge 2: How can we capture and reuse energy lost in industrial processes to reduce carbon emissions, lower operating costs, and transition toward a more sustainable production model?
